The melatonin and ashwagandha combo finally got me sleeping through the night without waking up at 3am, and the collagen is a nice bonus. I mix it with warm water about an hour before bed and it’s become the most relaxing part of my evening routine.
It’s been about a week and I’m honestly surprised how quickly I unwind after taking it—the GABA and ashwagandha mix feels calming without that groggy next-morning haze. Only gripe is the capsule size is a bit big to swallow, but it does the job.
Took it about 30 minutes before bed and the mix of GABA and melatonin actually calmed my racing thoughts without any grogginess the next morning. Wish the powder dissolved a little smoother, but the sleep support itself is solid.
